Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNiy handles data when you browse the website, manage an account, or use subscription services. Data processing is limited to information necessary to provide services, verify transactions, and maintain systems. Third-party websites and payment services have their own privacy rules and are not covered by this policy.
Account and Required Information
You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. VPNiy uses account identifiers to verify login status, link plans, and handle service requests. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be directly reversed and are never displayed as plain text.
An email address is not required to create an account. If you voluntarily provide an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to respond to that request. When submitting an issue, provide only the symptoms, client platform, and necessary screenshots. Hide passwords, payment credentials, and full subscription links.
Subscription management requires storing plan status, data usage, and reset information to calculate available allowances, display account status, and handle plan changes. This operational data is not used to build profiles of browsing interests.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNiy does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, visited content, or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that link an account to specific destinations. We do not create records that let us search browsing destinations by account.
Temporary state required to establish connections and forward traffic is used only while processing a connection and released when it ends; it is not kept as historical connection logs. Plan usage is accounted for using aggregated traffic data, which does not include destinations, page content, or request bodies.
Website login and system error records are account and website operations data, not network browsing records. These records are used only to identify suspicious logins, troubleshoot service issues, and maintain systems. They are limited to what is necessary and are not combined with browsing content for analysis.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand how pages are used and how visitors arrive. They may include page addresses, referring pages, browser types, and interaction events. Analytics are limited to improving the website structure and user experience; they do not collect content accessed through international routes.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Login credentials are used to verify your identity with the account panel and should not be shared with others.
You can clear site cookies and local storage in your browser. This may sign you out or restore default preferences, but it will not automatically delete your server-side account, orders, or support tickets. Restricting necessary storage may affect account panel features.
Orders and Third-Party Payments
VPNiy stores order numbers, selected plans, amounts, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm payments, deliver subscriptions, reconcile accounts, and process refunds. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Payment authorization, fund processing, and related transaction checks are handled by the relevant payment service or payment network. VPNiy does not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Data handled by third parties is governed by the information on their pages and their privacy policies; VPNiy does not control or delete records on public payment networks.
Information shared with payment services is limited to what is needed to complete an order. VPNiy does not sell account details or provide network browsing content to payment services. Where disclosure is legally required, only existing data within the scope of applicable requirements is processed.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription details are retained while the service relationship is active. Order records are retained as needed for accounting reconciliation, refund processing, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and operational records are kept while issues are being handled and any necessary review is underway. Once their purpose is fulfilled, they are deleted or de-identified rather than retained indefinitely.
You can sign in to the account panel and use support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account details. VPNiy will first verify control of the account and then explain what can be handled. Information related to open orders, disputes, or legal retention requirements can be addressed once the relevant matter is resolved.
Deleting an account may end subscription management and related delivery capabilities. Data in backups is cleared as backups rotate and is not used to resume routine processing that has ended. De-identified aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to an individual are outside the scope of account deletion.
Policy Updates and Questions
VPNiy updates this page when data practices or applicable requirements change and revises the update month at the beginning of the policy. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the account panel. Matters requiring separate consent will be carried out only after that consent is obtained.
If you have questions about this policy, data retention, or a deletion request, describe your request in a support ticket through the account panel. See the Terms of Service for related service conditions and the Refund Policy for refund procedures.
